Very disappointing service from start to finish. The team lacked proper planning and professionalism. Communication was poor and the process felt stressful. Overall, the service was below my expectations.
They immediately laid down protective runners over our newly vacuumed carpets, demonstrating their concern for the property of their customers.
The entire fictional move took much longer than originally anticipated. Both loading and unloading seemed to lack an efficient plan. By the end, the extended schedule had become tiring and inconvenient. Better preparation could have made the relocation considerably smoother.
The team was working very well but the truck came later than the time slot and was a little inconvenient. The experience would be improved if there were better time management.
The crew exceeded my expectations, despite my apprehension about hiring movers. It's definitely worth the money!
The care they took to our old cabinet made of wood, which is used in the family for several years, was the best part. Delivered in very good condition and we were very pleased with the service.
The team handled the move with patience and good planning. They made sure the furniture was properly protected before it was loaded onto the truck. Fragile household items received additional care during transportation. The unloading was completed smoothly at the destination. Everything was managed in an organized way.
They took the beds and dining table apart and moved them to the new house and put them together. This extra support was very helpful in saving us a considerable amount of work.
I had to move unexpectedly and it was not clear who would be there for me. They accommodated us in their plans and assisted us in moving all our things. I did not have much time to arrange anything and was relieved.
We had to move a couple of heavy items which would not have been easily moved by hand. The movers did a great job and handled the heavier items properly.
