Worst Experience

Nightmare from start to finish. Quoted price double once contract was signed (I was told square footage changed, but it did not). Storage charge tripled from price quoted. Associates assigned to us changed 2 time, just like the numbers quoted. Had to wait 3 extra weeks for delivery which meant more rental charges for us. 5 items missing at the time of delivery. Promised a claim form, 4 days ago, and still waiting. I would not recommend this company that uses a 3rd party for pick up & delivery. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand was doing.

Be aware scam

We have been scammed by Amerisafe and Rushmore vanlines over the phone they gave us a quote for 1700 cubic feet on the day of the move the bumped the price to 2700 cubic feet they charged us over 16k for this move when our items arrived it was on a 26ft truck which only holds upto 1750 cubic feet, which was not even full. Both my wife and I are seniors and im a disabled ... shame on this company
