Moving company in Coral Springs, FL
Reasonable pricing. Scheduling the service and the moving process itself all went smoothly. The movers were very efficient and careful with my stuff and did not slack around. I highly recommend them.
We had a very good experience with the moving team. Everyone was courteous and professional, and our belongings were handled with care. If we need movers again in the future, we’d be happy to use them.
Extremely easy to work with. My moving date was a great experience because of the 4 guys who took there time moving my items to my new location.
Excellent moving service! The team arrived ready to work and handled everything with care. They were efficient, courteous, and professional from start to finish. We truly appreciated their hard work.
Our total cost went from $1975.75 to $4800. America’s Moving and Storage/DOWNLINE CONSULT MOVING EXP PPD (name displayed in my account) is a rip-off. I would not recommend this company for any service. Be CAREFUL when dealing with this company. I should have known that they would scam us because they did not want to take a credit card payment, only bank account information is accepted according to the representative Gabriel. Oh, and because we refused to pay anymore money they kept our $870 deposit.
Just received their service today, and was totally impressed. Careful, efficient, and very professional. I highly recommend them.
The professionalism of the America’s Moving and Storage team made a strong impression. Everyone involved appeared focused on the task and maintained a courteous attitude throughout the process. The work was approached seriously, belongings were handled thoughtfully, and the overall experience reflected a company that understands the importance of good customer service.
This broker doesn't actually touch anything. They take your "deposit" as profit and then subcontract the work out to the lowest bidders. This front operates as borderline fraud. If you call their customer support, they deny, delay, and insist that they need an email or that they've "escalated to a specialist". Anything to get you off the phone. They can never tell you where your stuff is because quite honestly, they don't know. It's with whatever fly by night movers that bid the lowest. On top of that, they intentionally underestimated the amount of stuff we had so that the "estimate" would be low. Then when the movers show up, they charge you for what you're actually shipping.
I honestly expected moving day to be much more stressful. Instead, the crew handled most of the difficult work without any issues. They were professional, polite, and very efficient.
Absolutely great experience from start to finish! Everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient. From getting the initial quote, to booking, to moving day, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. The movers were great and got everything done quickly and carefully. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company!
