We were lied to from the start to finish . From price to services they provided which they hired someone else to move us and transferred all the items on truck to another truck and company which we were assured they would NOT do was given a date to meet movers again mentioned we were flying down to meet them on that date no call at all waited didn’t know where our stuff was ect ect ect. Well next day found out it was still in New Jersey at another company’s building and wasn’t going to ship because someone else’s stuff that was on their truck stopped payment on their check which had nothing to do with us long story short and many extra hotel room night and car rentals and flying back and forth. Received our stuff on Sunday Morning 2 weeks later and I could go on and on. Wish we were told the correct answers from on the first 3 questions when I called. 1. Do you do all your own mover or “SUB” it to others “never “ was the response we do all our own moving with our own people . Not to mention the price more that doubled for 6 K to 14,800.00 2. Do you move Baby grand piano’s Absolutely no problem at all 3. Need to be there on a certain date “ no problem at all “ we take 3-4 days to drive there and only pickup would be either that day or next day delivery no issue. Salesmen who said “ any issues at all I’m your contact day or night “ well never spoke to him again after the company received my deposit. Would love to talk to the owner about f this company. Well I measured all items gave them sizes of the storage containers gave the number of couch’s beds head boards pretty extensive and told them again piano which all this was on the sheet when I signed it. Well two days before they called to verify all items any changes ect. Mentioned I add a few more containers the charged me any 3-400 paid then was set to go . They show up driver knew nothing about the piano being picked up even though it’s on his slip of items . Tail gate on truck doesn’t work and I’m still upset about the whole thing as is my wife that I can continue but it gets worse from here never mind the bill more than doubled.

I honestly expected moving day to be much more stressful. Instead, the crew handled most of the difficult work without any issues. They were professional, polite, and very efficient.
No one ever complained as they helped me out of a third-floor condo that did not have an elevator. Carefully and swiftly, they loaded the vehicle with all of the items. Their level of skill and dedication shocked me.
