I had to move my grandfather’s antique piano along with a few other valuable heirlooms, and I was extremely anxious about how it would be handled. But the crew understood the emotional weight behind it all and treated every item with such care. They wrapped the piano in thick pads, used extra cushioning for the legs, and even double-checked placement in the truck. The move wasn’t large, but they never once acted like it was less important. That kind of professionalism stays with you.
I was moving into a rental above a shop, so there was no elevator, just two tight staircases. I warned them ahead of time, but I still felt bad once I saw how awkward the turns were. They handled it without hesitation. Every box and piece of furniture was made up with no complaints and no damage. I was really impressed with how smooth it went.
Efficient and fast work handling heavy furniture. Proficient and professional moving crews. Helpful with short-notice or emergency moves.
I moved into a basement unit with narrow access and sharp turns, and I was honestly convinced my couch would have to stay outside. But the crew from Americas Moving and Storage took their time, tested angles, and got it in without damaging the frame or the walls. They didn’t rush or force anything. That level of problem-solving impressed me, and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without them.
I had to be out of my apartment by noon and into the new place the same day. The timing was tight, and I didn’t think it would all come together in time. They showed up early, worked fast without cutting corners, and even helped carry some extra stuff I hadn’t packed yet. I finished moving before lunch, which felt like a miracle. The whole day ran way smoother than expected.
Extremely easy to work with. My moving date was a great experience because of the 4 guys who took there time moving my items to my new location.
The movers showed up on time and didn’t rush through anything, even though it wasn’t a huge load. They took care to wrap the framed pieces properly, and nothing was scratched. It felt like they respected the small job just as much.
