We booked Americas Family & Moving Services to move our stuff from a townhouse into a new-build home. The timing was tight because construction ran late, and the team worked with us to shift the date without any stress. When moving day came, they were fast, organized, and super respectful of the new flooring and walls. It was a smooth move.

Fast, Careful Long Distance
We were combining two households into one space, so there was way more stuff than usual. The team just rolled with it. They figured out what should go where, loaded both places efficiently, and didn't mix up any boxes. I appreciated how calm they stayed when things felt a little chaotic on our end. Nothing damaged, nothing missing, and they didn't act annoyed once. That meant a lot.

Simply the best.
I was helping my parents move into a smaller home after decades in the same place, and it was overwhelming trying to manage the memories and logistics. The movers showed a lot of patience, especially with my mom's fragile china set and her old sewing machine. Everything was treated with care, and we felt supported the whole time. Their calm and respectful energy really helped us get through it.

Honest, reliable, reputable company!
I moved from a furnished place into an empty apartment, so everything had to be delivered: furniture, kitchenware, and a few fragile decor pieces. The movers showed up on time, were polite, and wrapped everything with care. I didn't have to repeat instructions or closely oversee anything, which was a nice change from past experiences. Everything went exactly as I had hoped.

Couldn't have gone better.
The most important thing we had to worry about on our move was the upright freezer, which was heavy, awkward and large. It was wrapped well, placed upright in the moving truck and was the first thing they unloaded at the new location. The rest of the items were also delivered safely. We are happy with them!

This is going to be the only moving company we'll ever use!
I moved out of my college apartment into my first solo place and had way more stuff than I realized. A bunch of random furniture, books, and boxes of kitchen stuff. The crew was patient while I finished packing a few things and didn’t rush me at all. They handled everything gently and asked questions when they weren’t sure where something should go. Felt like they actually cared.

Everything went smoothly
I didn’t expect moving day to be so smooth, but I think that’s thanks to Americas Family & Moving Services and their crew. I had a long hallway, two flights of stairs, and a bunch of awkward furniture, but they figured it all out without damaging anything. They checked in with me a few times to make sure I was good with the plan. Super solid experience from start to finish.

Consummate professionals.
This was a split move – part going to our new home, part going into storage. The crew had colour coded tape for boxes so there was no confusion as to where things were going. It was like we did not need to say anything twice. They looked around the storage area and organized it in a manner that allowed us to have easy access to the items we would need soon. We highly recommend them!

Best Move Ever, Not Kidding.
I moved during a snowstorm, which I thought would delay everything, but the team didn’t cancel or show up late. They came with extra blankets for the furniture, covered the floors, and even salted the path outside to prevent slipping. I couldn’t believe how prepared they were. Despite the weather, everything arrived dry and clean. I expected chaos, but they clearly knew how to work in tough conditions.
