Customer Highlights

Consummate professionals.

This was a split move – part going to our new home, part going into storage. The crew had colour coded tape for boxes so there was no confusion as to where things were going. It was like we did not need to say anything twice. They looked around the storage area and organized it in a manner that allowed us to have easy access to the items we would need soon. We highly recommend them!

Well organized!

10/10 experience! Their relocating specialists strolled me through the whole estimate, including the lots of padding and wrap that they would need for my custom-made furniture. Thank you for being transparent. The crew duplicated every piece before moving it - even things I didn't think I'd need it for. All was delivered in good order!

Sublime Experience!

They wrapped up everything with the same care, no matter the value, as they did with our high end heirloom furniture!

Super heroes of moving.

I was worried about our antique curio cabinet traveling, but Americas Family & Moving Services did it with custom cut crates and bubble wrap, so all glassware was perfectly safe!

Cheerful Movers!

Changing arrangements never go quite as smoothly as you think, but Americas Family & Moving Services did it professionally on moving day. The team remained focused on us, guided us to focus on the things that matter and maintained momentum. Their pragmatic approach was appreciated.

Thanks for the awesome move.

It only took a few hours to move out of our little apartment. They clearly marked each box – this helped when unpacking. We will certainly hire them again!

Excellent from start to finish!!!!!

We needed to move our little bakery, tables, display counters and the boxes of pastries, before we re-opened at the new site. The crew was very efficient and assisted us to be on time.

Smooth Move, Great Team!

On Friday afternoon, Americas Family & Moving Services assisted us in our move from PA to AL. The process should have taken a lot longer but the team worked efficiently without being careless. All of my items were delivered undamaged and the movers were courteous all the way through.
