I was relieved that nothing was damaged and everything worked perfectly afterward.

That extra effort really stood out and helped me settle in faster than I expected.

They labeled everything clearly and packed it in a way that made unpacking so much easier later. I didn’t expect that level of organization, but I was really glad to have it.

Read More We felt completely bait-and-switched. I sent photos of our items directly to their rep (with read receipts), and he confirmed the size. Then just two days before pickup, another person claimed they never received them. Then uncharged us another $2000!! We felt stuck and that we had to do it. Delivery didn’t even happen on the date we were told. When I reached out to our assigned rep for answers, he read my texts and never replied. Very unprofessional experience.

I watched them wrap things with care, and they loaded the truck with real strategy. It was honestly the best move I’ve had when it came to fragile items. I felt like my stuff mattered to them.
