Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
The movers arrived early and worked efficiently. They followed my directions about where each item should go and completed the task without delays. I liked their professional behavior throughout the day. All the things stayed intact after unloading.
The most important thing we had to worry about on our move was the upright freezer, which was heavy, awkward and large. It was wrapped well, placed upright in the moving truck and was the first thing they unloaded at the new location. The rest of the items were also delivered safely. We are happy with them!
The crew appeared with all the supplies like blankets, dollies and tape. We needed no help, and didn't have to ask for it. They're a recommended read for all!
When the movers arrived, they requested an extra cost per flight, even though they had never mentioned any more steps in the quotation. I was forced to pay the unexpected fee if I wanted my relocation finished. Really dishonest.
After a long-distance move, I was exhausted when the truck arrived. But their unloading crew was so energetic and positive. They kept the mood light and asked me where I wanted each box as they brought them in. Their cheerful attitude gave me a second wind.
Great support from the Americas Family & Moving Services with the delivery of new machinery for our small production space. The equipment was heavy and required precise placement, but the movers managed it without trouble. They brought the right tools to lift and position each unit. My belongings arrived clean and secure. The setup team appreciated how organized the process was.
We had to move in a snowstorm and the movers were still on time and conducted. All items were delivered in pristine condition and dry. Great experience!
Delicate glassware was part of our long-distance move. The crew's attention to detail ensured that everything arrived safely. Great service!
Changing arrangements never go quite as smoothly as you think, but Americas Family & Moving Services did it professionally on moving day. The team remained focused on us, guided us to focus on the things that matter and maintained momentum. Their pragmatic approach was appreciated.
This was the easiest move I have ever had, honestly. We used Americas Family & Moving Services for a short move, only 8 miles across the city. The speed was incredible. They were unloading the first boxes at the new house exactly 1 hour and 45 minutes after leaving the old one. The efficiency of the crew was the most impressive thing.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Americas Family & Moving Services holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
