Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
Changing arrangements never go quite as smoothly as you think, but Americas Family & Moving Services did it professionally on moving day. The team remained focused on us, guided us to focus on the things that matter and maintained momentum. Their pragmatic approach was appreciated.
The good thing about the experience was the customer service. Whenever I asked a question, I got an answer and not being bounced from one person to another. The crew that was moving was also very professional and approachable. The whole process was much easier thanks to good communication.
Delicate glassware was part of our long-distance move. The crew's attention to detail ensured that everything arrived safely. Great service!
The team had entered a high-rise home block with very narrow hallways. The furniture was transported in an ideal fashion. Really impressive work!
They wrapped up everything with the same care, no matter the value, as they did with our high end heirloom furniture!
The crew made sure every part of the relocation was handled carefully. They communicated clearly, worked well together, and kept the moving area organized. Furniture and boxes were transported with attention to detail. The final unloading was completed efficiently. It was a smooth and well-planned move.
The relocation was not that big, just from a studio apartment to another across town, but the movers gave it a full treatment. There is no quick fix, no shortcut, and no harm. Even those few items of furniture that had to be disassembled were quickly sorted and then put back together tighter than ever. I couldn’t have asked for more!
The crew appeared with all the supplies like blankets, dollies and tape. We needed no help, and didn't have to ask for it. They're a recommended read for all!
The team arrived prepared and followed a clear plan for the move. They handled the furniture carefully and kept the boxes organized during transportation. Once they reached the new home, everything was unloaded smoothly and placed where needed.
Great movers with an unbeatable competency! The team kept their spirits high while doing their job and that did not impact their incredible pace.
