We had to move in a snowstorm and the movers were still on time and conducted. All items were delivered in pristine condition and dry. Great experience!

I needed to move across the country for a job, and I had no time to organize things properly. Americas Family & Moving Services made the entire process simple from the start. They assisted with packing, ensured that fragile items were properly marked, and kept me informed throughout the long drive. Everything arrived without a single issue, and the team even helped place items where I needed them. Genuinely great service from start to finish.
This was a split move – part going to our new home, part going into storage. The crew had colour coded tape for boxes so there was no confusion as to where things were going. It was like we did not need to say anything twice. They looked around the storage area and organized it in a manner that allowed us to have easy access to the items we would need soon. We highly recommend them!
This was, without a doubt, the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. What I thought was a professional moving company turned out to be a broker — a middleman who grossly underestimated the cubic footage, lied about delivery dates, and then handed off the job to completely different movers with no accountability. Communication was horrendous from start to finish. Every question I asked was met with vague or conflicting answers, and once they had my deposit, it felt like they vanished. The movers who actually showed up were completely disconnected from the broker I originally hired. They damaged several items, and to add insult to injury, the “highest-tier insurance” was completely worthless. The final cost was far more than the original quote, and I learned the hard way that the brokers take a massive cut — leaving the actual movers underpaid, which puts your entire delivery at risk. It’s a shady, broken system run by people who clearly lack integrity and honesty. I genuinely don’t understand how this company has any positive reviews. I suspect many of them are fake. If you value your time, money, and belongings, stay far away from this company and any broker-based moving service. Total scam.

They helped me schedule around a last-minute work trip, and the movers were punctual, respectful, and handled my oversized headboard without a scratch. The communication made all the difference for me. Everything felt organized, even with such short notice.
The crew appeared with all the supplies like blankets, dollies and tape. We needed no help, and didn't have to ask for it. They're a recommended read for all!

We had a full garage's worth of outdoor equipment, gardening tools, and bikes to move along with the house. I wasn’t sure how they’d pack it all, but they sorted it out efficiently. Even our large gas grill was wrapped properly and arrived in one piece. They loaded and unloaded without a fuss, and everything was still clean and intact at the other end.
