Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
The most important thing we had to worry about on our move was the upright freezer, which was heavy, awkward and large. It was wrapped well, placed upright in the moving truck and was the first thing they unloaded at the new location. The rest of the items were also delivered safely. We are happy with them!
This was a split move – part going to our new home, part going into storage. The crew had colour coded tape for boxes so there was no confusion as to where things were going. It was like we did not need to say anything twice. They looked around the storage area and organized it in a manner that allowed us to have easy access to the items we would need soon. We highly recommend them!
I feared losing any of my numerous DVDs. The movers' media containers fit my DVDs perfectly. They gradually labeled them so I would know if one went missing. They handled my vinyl collection with superb care. Each box was upright after meticulous taping. Being this thorough is rare. I will definitely use them again.
th quality is rare, but this company did it perfectly. They didn’t rush and took good care of all my personal items. I was very happy when everything was delivered in good shape.
It was fantastic because the team that packed my house arrived sooner than expected! David , the team leader, was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. His employees worked diligently and cohesively as a unified team. All the employees were friendly and supportive throughout the entire process. I will recommend this company to my friends and family!
It only took a few hours to move out of our little apartment. They clearly marked each box – this helped when unpacking. We will certainly hire them again!
I moved from a condo to a house easily with them. William was considerate and professional from the start. They helped me protect my dining table like a work of art. I remember them taking great care to protect my new seats. They worked hard to avoid scratches. Michael assisted me in arranging my furniture in the new house. It was nice not to have to lift heavy things!
Great movers with an unbeatable competency! The team kept their spirits high while doing their job and that did not impact their incredible pace.
I would give this company 0 stars if I could! We schedule a full service move with them and made sure they wrote into the contract a cancellation date and a full refund!! They gave us 3 weeks. We called at 2weeks and 5 days to cancel because we decided to do it ourselves and they will not give us our refund! The lady that keeps answering the phone says we are not eligible for a refund even though we emailed them the contract they set up with us that says we are! The male we originally booked with is never there and will not answer our calls anymore and I’m pretty sure this female is the only employee!! She said we had to email support to speak to a higher up so we did and they never responded. We called to see if they got the email and she was the one checking the email! We are out almost 2k because of this company. They are a scam. They are a broker company and do not mention that and couldn’t even tell us what company would be coming to move our stuff!!! DO NOT USE!! We have reported them! Pretty sure all these other review are fake as they are all brand new reviews!
On Friday afternoon, Americas Family & Moving Services assisted us in our move from PA to AL. The process should have taken a lot longer but the team worked efficiently without being careless. All of my items were delivered undamaged and the movers were courteous all the way through.
