Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
On Friday afternoon, Americas Family & Moving Services assisted us in our move from PA to AL. The process should have taken a lot longer but the team worked efficiently without being careless. All of my items were delivered undamaged and the movers were courteous all the way through.
They wrapped up everything with the same care, no matter the value, as they did with our high end heirloom furniture!
Changing arrangements never go quite as smoothly as you think, but Americas Family & Moving Services did it professionally on moving day. The team remained focused on us, guided us to focus on the things that matter and maintained momentum. Their pragmatic approach was appreciated.
The most important thing we had to worry about on our move was the upright freezer, which was heavy, awkward and large. It was wrapped well, placed upright in the moving truck and was the first thing they unloaded at the new location. The rest of the items were also delivered safely. We are happy with them!
Had James come out for an estimate based on the recommendation of a friend. She was thorough and responsive. Our movers, all the movers were respectful, timely and thorough. Would certainly use them again for a move.
Americas Family & Moving Services did an excellent job with a simple task (relocating furniture inside a home). On time, courteous, kind, and effective. I have no hesitation in recommending it to a friend.
We appreciate Jack and his team’s excellent moving assistance. I relocated to a house with narrow stairs from a small space, and Thomas secured everything as a leader. They moved in less than six hours. I didn't mention the two cartons, but they also helped me to move them. They made everything simple and were friendly.
The billing process was transparent and detailed. They provided an itemized invoice that listed the hours worked, the number of movers, and the distance traveled. They explained each charge and ensured I understood the final amount. They accepted multiple forms of payment and provided a receipt promptly.
What first-rate movers! They arrived there early and brought all the equipment they would need to relocate my stuff. Joseph and his team carefully wrapped each piece to prevent scratching. They took such good care to cushion my glass dining table that it arrived unscathed, which was a relief. They reassembled everything in my new place and double-checked that I was satisfied with the arrangement before they departed.
I have never experienced such excellent service in all my moves. Everyone in the group worked together efficiently and expertly. Without damaging a single item, they carefully handled all of my belongings. Some last-minute items needed packing, and they even helped. I really recommend their services because of how smoothly everything went.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Americas Family & Moving Services holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
