Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
Great movers with an unbeatable competency! The team kept their spirits high while doing their job and that did not impact their incredible pace.
I'm pleased with the team's quick work. They assisted me in organizing belongings at the new location and carefully transferred all my belongings.
My kitchen had an overwhelming number of breakables, and I was convinced something would crack along the way during my move. But the movers I hired from Americas Family & Moving Services packed everything with skill and precision. They even double packed the more fragile items. I was pleased to see that everything arrived intact!
Terrible experience! They broke my antique cabinet while moving it down the stairs, and their response was, “It’s just furniture.” The lack of professionalism was shocking, and customer service refused to address the issue. Avoid these scoundrels!
The crew appeared with all the supplies like blankets, dollies and tape. We needed no help, and didn't have to ask for it. They're a recommended read for all!
The most important thing we had to worry about on our move was the upright freezer, which was heavy, awkward and large. It was wrapped well, placed upright in the moving truck and was the first thing they unloaded at the new location. The rest of the items were also delivered safely. We are happy with them!
Changing arrangements never go quite as smoothly as you think, but Americas Family & Moving Services did it professionally on moving day. The team remained focused on us, guided us to focus on the things that matter and maintained momentum. Their pragmatic approach was appreciated.
On Friday afternoon, Americas Family & Moving Services assisted us in our move from PA to AL. The process should have taken a lot longer but the team worked efficiently without being careless. All of my items were delivered undamaged and the movers were courteous all the way through.
My move was scheduled on a scorching hot day, but that didn’t slow these movers down. They worked efficiently, stayed professional, and even brought extra protective covers to keep my belongings safe from the heat. It was a seamless experience!
Moving was stressful for me, but these guys made it easy. Keep up the good work! I am so grateful to find such a great moving company.
