Excellent from start to finish!!!!!

We moved from a newly built house to an older rental that had lower ceilings and narrow entryways. I was worried about a couple of oversized chairs and a bookshelf that barely cleared the stairs. Americas Family & Moving Services planned, brought the right equipment, and adjusted quickly on site. Nothing got bumped or scratched. I appreciated how calm they stayed when things got tight near the front door.

I’m impressed beyond measure at the service I got!

My relocation from a two-story house to a smaller single-level home required moving bulky furniture, a large bookshelf, and several framed family portraits. The movers took their time with the portraits, adding padding between each frame. Even the large bookshelf was maneuvered through narrow hallways without a scrape. It was a huge relief to see every piece arrive exactly how I remembered it.

Couldn't have gone better.

The most important thing we had to worry about on our move was the upright freezer, which was heavy, awkward and large. It was wrapped well, placed upright in the moving truck and was the first thing they unloaded at the new location. The rest of the items were also delivered safely. We are happy with them!
