The move was from a small house into a retirement community. The movers were so kind to my parents, carrying boxes where they asked and even helping set up a couple of things before leaving.
We felt completely bait-and-switched. I sent photos of our items directly to their rep (with read receipts), and he confirmed the size. Then just two days before pickup, another person claimed they never received them. Then uncharged us another $2000!! We felt stuck and that we had to do it. Delivery didn’t even happen on the date we were told. When I reached out to our assigned rep for answers, he read my texts and never replied. Very unprofessional experience.
It only took a few hours to move out of our little apartment. They clearly marked each box – this helped when unpacking. We will certainly hire them again!

On Friday afternoon, Americas Family & Moving Services assisted us in our move from PA to AL. The process should have taken a lot longer but the team worked efficiently without being careless. All of my items were delivered undamaged and the movers were courteous all the way through.
I relocated from a furnished apartment to an empty house, so I had a lot of new furniture and packages arriving alongside the move. The movers not only brought my old stuff but also helped me place and unwrap the new furniture. They didn’t have to, but they did. That extra effort really stood out and helped me settle in faster than I expected.
We had to relocate our family from a three-bedroom house to a new town, and I was mostly worried about the kids' furniture and boxes of toys. The movers were so helpful, asking where to set up things and even reassembling the bunk beds. They handled the long-distance part well, checked in along the way, and made sure everything was set up before leaving.
Delicate glassware was part of our long-distance move. The crew's attention to detail ensured that everything arrived safely. Great service!
We had to move in a snowstorm and the movers were still on time and conducted. All items were delivered in pristine condition and dry. Great experience!
