I had to relocate my workshop space, which included tools, shelves, and a lot of oddly shaped items. Michael came prepared and made sure nothing got lost in the shuffle. They labeled everything clearly and packed it in a way that made unpacking so much easier later. I didn’t expect that level of organization, but I was really glad to have it.
I moved into a storage unit before heading overseas. The guys from Americas Family & Moving Services stacked everything so neatly inside that I’ll actually be able to find things later. They used every inch of space smartly.
Changing arrangements never go quite as smoothly as you think, but Americas Family & Moving Services did it professionally on moving day. The team remained focused on us, guided us to focus on the things that matter and maintained momentum. Their pragmatic approach was appreciated.
The most important thing we had to worry about on our move was the upright freezer, which was heavy, awkward and large. It was wrapped well, placed upright in the moving truck and was the first thing they unloaded at the new location. The rest of the items were also delivered safely. We are happy with them!

We felt completely bait-and-switched. I sent photos of our items directly to their rep (with read receipts), and he confirmed the size. Then just two days before pickup, another person claimed they never received them. Then uncharged us another $2000!! We felt stuck and that we had to do it. Delivery didn’t even happen on the date we were told. When I reached out to our assigned rep for answers, he read my texts and never replied. Very unprofessional experience.

The movers were so helpful, asking where to set up things and even reassembling the bunk beds. They handled the long-distance part well, checked in along the way, and made sure everything was set up before leaving.
On Friday afternoon, Americas Family & Moving Services assisted us in our move from PA to AL. The process should have taken a lot longer but the team worked efficiently without being careless. All of my items were delivered undamaged and the movers were courteous all the way through.
