Completely frustrated, dissatisfied with this company and their so called service. We were lied too on several issues. Quoted one price and doubled before the first box was loaded. When our items finally arrived (note: they were picked up on one truck and re-loaded unto a different truck) Boxes were smashed, several items broken and one item still missing.
I was moving out of a rental where the landlord was known to be picky about damage, so I was paranoid about dents or scratches. Thankfully, their crew noticed this right away and handled everything with extra care. They used corner protectors on the staircase, wrapped furniture more thoroughly than I expected, and checked each room before leaving. It was a seamless experience thanks to them!
Even if they came prepared, packing a house with a toddler may be a real challenge. They got right to work and were great with my curious kid, who wanted to watch everything. It was a huge comfort to have them take the lead.

I had a lot of furniture, boxes, and even big appliances when I moved from a TWO-bedroom house to a smaller one. The movers worked like a well-oiled machine, bringing extra packing supplies and tools as needed. They helped me disassemble my dining table and bed, ensuring everything was packed securely before loading it onto the truck. I truly appreciated how much they assisted me in organizing things in the new place, and the entire process went effortlessly.
These movers were polite and efficient right from the start. What struck me as most impressive was their problem-solving abilities. They accomplished what they set out to do in only one journey without going overboard.
The most important thing we had to worry about on our move was the upright freezer, which was heavy, awkward and large. It was wrapped well, placed upright in the moving truck and was the first thing they unloaded at the new location. The rest of the items were also delivered safely. We are happy with them!
