The expense of hiring professional movers was hesitant, but after witnessing their careful handling of my possessions, I knew it was a wise investment. They finished the move much more quickly than I had anticipated, and nothing was destroyed. Without a doubt, I would use them once more!

This was a split move – part going to our new home, part going into storage. The crew had colour coded tape for boxes so there was no confusion as to where things were going. It was like we did not need to say anything twice. They looked around the storage area and organized it in a manner that allowed us to have easy access to the items we would need soon. We highly recommend them!
I scheduled moving service from San Jose to Seattle, and they quoted my moving cost will be around $2,300. Then the dramatic things started to happening. They told me in the phone call the moving truck will arrive in the moring around 10:00am - 11:00 am. Few days later, I received the confirmation call says they will send the truck afternoon 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm, when I ask why it's got delay, the caller sounds very impatient, and just want to get my ack response, eventually they came at 4:30 pm ! What is even hilarious is, when they came, they drove a U-hual truck, they don't even have their own moving truck!!! The worst part/nightmare is coming. When they get here to pickup my stuff, they start trying to convince me a higher quote, with their contract paper, they try everything to elevate the quote by excusing the size of dining table, sofa, etc. And gave me the new quote which is almost $7,000. They are absolutely scamer!!!

On Friday afternoon, Americas Family & Moving Services assisted us in our move from PA to AL. The process should have taken a lot longer but the team worked efficiently without being careless. All of my items were delivered undamaged and the movers were courteous all the way through.
My lease ended the same weekend I was out of town, and I had to authorize the movers to handle everything in my absence. They worked nonstop, packed the apartment thoroughly, and kept me updated with photos. When I returned, all my things were waiting safely in storage, labeled and intact. Couldn’t be more thrilled!
The most important thing we had to worry about on our move was the upright freezer, which was heavy, awkward and large. It was wrapped well, placed upright in the moving truck and was the first thing they unloaded at the new location. The rest of the items were also delivered safely. We are happy with them!
Delicate glassware was part of our long-distance move. The crew's attention to detail ensured that everything arrived safely. Great service!
