Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
On Friday afternoon, Americas Family & Moving Services assisted us in our move from PA to AL. The process should have taken a lot longer but the team worked efficiently without being careless. All of my items were delivered undamaged and the movers were courteous all the way through.
We were combining two apartments into one and had nearly double the amount of everything: two couches, two sets of dressers, and a whole bunch of kitchenware. The movers helped us sort through and decide what went where without rushing us. They kept it all organized during the move, so nothing got mixed up. They made a complicated day feel much more manageable.
Although the website should have expert packaging services, the services provided were terrible. Many boxes weren't even securely taped, and the packaging was done quickly. They took shortcuts wherever they could, and everything seemed sloppy.
The most important thing we had to worry about on our move was the upright freezer, which was heavy, awkward and large. It was wrapped well, placed upright in the moving truck and was the first thing they unloaded at the new location. The rest of the items were also delivered safely. We are happy with them!
It only took a few hours to move out of our little apartment. They clearly marked each box – this helped when unpacking. We will certainly hire them again!
Delicate glassware was part of our long-distance move. The crew's attention to detail ensured that everything arrived safely. Great service!
My relocation from a two-story house to a smaller single-level home required moving bulky furniture, a large bookshelf, and several framed family portraits. The movers took their time with the portraits, adding padding between each frame. Even the large bookshelf was maneuvered through narrow hallways without a scrape. It was a huge relief to see every piece arrive exactly how I remembered it.
The crew appeared with all the supplies like blankets, dollies and tape. We needed no help, and didn't have to ask for it. They're a recommended read for all!
They managed to fit me into their schedule at the last minute, and I'm so grateful. The movers showed up ready to work and didn't waste a single moment. They packed the truck efficiently, making sure everything stayed secure. Even with a few unexpected challenges, they kept things moving and stayed in good spirits. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The movers from Americas Family & Moving Services did a great job helping me relocate to my new apartment. They packed and loaded everything in an organized way, making sure fragile boxes were secure. I appreciated how they asked questions before moving certain pieces to avoid any confusion. They arrived on time and stayed within the quoted time frame.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Americas Family & Moving Services holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
