Great movers with an unbeatable competency! The team kept their spirits high while doing their job and that did not impact their incredible pace.
The most important thing we had to worry about on our move was the upright freezer, which was heavy, awkward and large. It was wrapped well, placed upright in the moving truck and was the first thing they unloaded at the new location. The rest of the items were also delivered safely. We are happy with them!
The crew appeared with all the supplies like blankets, dollies and tape. We needed no help, and didn't have to ask for it. They're a recommended read for all!
We had to move in a snowstorm and the movers were still on time and conducted. All items were delivered in pristine condition and dry. Great experience!
On Friday afternoon, Americas Family & Moving Services assisted us in our move from PA to AL. The process should have taken a lot longer but the team worked efficiently without being careless. All of my items were delivered undamaged and the movers were courteous all the way through.
Several boxes of my belongings went missing during the move, including some irreplaceable sentimental items. I had clearly labeled everything and provided an inventory list, but the movers were completely disorganized. When I called to report the missing boxes, the customer service rep acted like it was no big deal and told me to ‘wait a few days to see if they show up.’ It’s been three weeks, and I still haven’t gotten any answers.
I called William and his team because I didn't want to move my huge furniture down three stairs. After arriving, the movers handled everything with ease. I was amazed by their speed around tight curves. They carefully showed me how to repair my bed frame and checked for damage. I am excited to share my experience with everyone.

Our move was complicated by the fact that we had a lot of fragile items, such as glassware and antique furniture. This company’s team provided additional packing materials, like custom boxes and padding, and ensured everything was packed securely. When we arrived at the new house, they unloaded everything with the same level of care. We’ll only hire them whenever we relocate!
