Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
The most important thing we had to worry about on our move was the upright freezer, which was heavy, awkward and large. It was wrapped well, placed upright in the moving truck and was the first thing they unloaded at the new location. The rest of the items were also delivered safely. We are happy with them!
I would give this company 0 stars if I could! We schedule a full service move with them and made sure they wrote into the contract a cancellation date and a full refund!! They gave us 3 weeks. We called at 2weeks and 5 days to cancel because we decided to do it ourselves and they will not give us our refund! The lady that keeps answering the phone says we are not eligible for a refund even though we emailed them the contract they set up with us that says we are! The male we originally booked with is never there and will not answer our calls anymore and I’m pretty sure this female is the only employee!! She said we had to email support to speak to a higher up so we did and they never responded. We called to see if they got the email and she was the one checking the email! We are out almost 2k because of this company. They are a scam. They are a broker company and do not mention that and couldn’t even tell us what company would be coming to move our stuff!!! DO NOT USE!! We have reported them! Pretty sure all these other review are fake as they are all brand new reviews!
Carl regarded it as the most treasured possession, even though my grandma's bookshelf was falling apart. Effective communication among crew members eliminated uncertainty about arrival times. They took off their shoes before entering my home! Little things have a significant impact. Recommended!
We had to move in a snowstorm and the movers were still on time and conducted. All items were delivered in pristine condition and dry. Great experience!
The crew appeared with all the supplies like blankets, dollies and tape. We needed no help, and didn't have to ask for it. They're a recommended read for all!
I feared losing any of my numerous DVDs. The movers' media containers fit my DVDs perfectly. They gradually labeled them so I would know if one went missing. They handled my vinyl collection with superb care. Each box was upright after meticulous taping. Being this thorough is rare. I will definitely use them again.
I am very happy I hired movers to help me with my delicate furniture. All the glass tables, ornate chairs and decorative lamps were delivered without any problems. How they carefully packed everything and organized their jobs amazed me and it was obvious that quality mattered to them.
Delicate glassware was part of our long-distance move. The crew's attention to detail ensured that everything arrived safely. Great service!
Changing arrangements never go quite as smoothly as you think, but Americas Family & Moving Services did it professionally on moving day. The team remained focused on us, guided us to focus on the things that matter and maintained momentum. Their pragmatic approach was appreciated.
I had the best initial impression of this company. I appreciated the movers' focus and their lack of breaks between packing and delivery. When I relocate again, I'll call them first!
