Moving company in Houston, TX
I was disappointed with the care taken during the move. One of my furniture pieces was scratched while being moved, despite being prepared beforehand. The crew did not seem to pay enough attention to it. I expected much more careful handling.
Other appointments for that day needed to be coordinated with us. The timing of the crew was good and we didn't have to wait for hours.
The movers tried their best to make a stressful situation more manageable. Convenient, effective, and well priced.
We used them to move to another state. They loaded our whole house the next two days, then shipped it off safely and on time. Out of hundreds of boxes not a single item broke or was lost.
I was unhappy with how some of the household furniture was handled. Protective materials were not used consistently, and the crew seemed in a hurry. The service did not meet my expectations.
This moving firm demonstrated an unparalleled degree of professionalism and skill. They showed there on time and did a good job doing the job.
I was concerned about hiring movers as I had heard about some unexpected fees, but this was a straightforward company from the start. The estimate was very well described, and the actual costs were close to what we expected. The crew was very good; professional, careful and friendly. They didn't treat our belongings like they were on a conveyor belt. Attention was paid to all details.
I thought about my delicate artworks, but they took such good care of them. They delivered them safely and on time. Highly recommend them, they will be even better next time!
The driver phoned us 30 minutes before we arrived to confirm the time and kept us very well informed without causing any stress or delay on our closing day.
We had to transport a lot of books and I was afraid that the boxes would get too heavy. They were handled carefully by the movers and apparently, they knew which boxes should remain standing and which should be placed on their sides. They also helped us to position the bookcases just where we needed them.
