Moving company in Houston, TX
During my several months of house hunting, I needed storage, and this firm supplied it. Everything was just as it had been when I left it, and my furniture was back in pristine shape. Putting my belongings in their care put me at peace.
Moving day is frantic, but Richard and the team kept everything under control. Despite my hasty packing of last-minute items, they were courteous and understanding. They brought bubble wrap, which I used for my artwork. I was surprised that they finished early, despite taking their time to ensure safety. On a stressful day, having reliable workers was a huge relief.
We used them to move to another state. They loaded our whole house the next two days, then shipped it off safely and on time. Out of hundreds of boxes not a single item broke or was lost.
The team diligently assessed our needs, provided a fair quote, and dispatched a skilled team with a spacious van. They even assisted us in sorting items for donation. Our cherished possessions were packed with care and met the agreed-upon delivery date, showcasing professionalism.
I was unhappy with how some of the household furniture was handled. Protective materials were not used consistently, and the crew seemed in a hurry. The service did not meet my expectations.
Other appointments for that day needed to be coordinated with us. The timing of the crew was good and we didn't have to wait for hours.
I had some really neat stuff I had to move far away, and I was pleased with the work ethic these guys showed. They packed my fragile items carefully and made sure nothing got damaged. Fantastic experience!
I was worried about my fragile glass coffee table, so they wrapped it carefully. They disassembled my bed and reassembled it at the new location. Everything arrived completely undamaged, with no dents or scratches. I was truly amazed by their efficiency. It was the smoothest move I've ever made, hands down.
We had to transport a lot of books and I was afraid that the boxes would get too heavy. They were handled carefully by the movers and apparently, they knew which boxes should remain standing and which should be placed on their sides. They also helped us to position the bookcases just where we needed them.
Because of how fast and competent they were, this moving company shocked me. They made the relocation process easy and stress-free for us.
