Moving company in Houston, TX
We got caught with rain on moving day. Fortunately, members of this company did not panic. They used waterproof tarps to cover everything that had to be moved, and they worked around the weather, keeping it as safe as possible. We were so careful, and our possessions arrived safely, as did our move. We highly recommend them!
The move was completed within the estimated timeframe, and the crew remained courteous throughout the day. They handled large furniture carefully and kept everything organized during transport. The overall process was smooth.
I was moving out of state and worried about moving my house safely, but these are the movers who put my mind at ease. They gave up-to-date information, handled everything properly, and delivered without any problems. Incredible service!
We had another company cancel 2 days before our lease period ended. I was frantic, and they were able to accommodate us for Saturday morning. The crew was efficient, courteous and utterly avoided a huge headache for us.
We used them to move to another state. They loaded our whole house the next two days, then shipped it off safely and on time. Out of hundreds of boxes not a single item broke or was lost.
I thought about my delicate artworks, but they took such good care of them. They delivered them safely and on time. Highly recommend them, they will be even better next time!
Other appointments for that day needed to be coordinated with us. The timing of the crew was good and we didn't have to wait for hours.
We had to transport a lot of books and I was afraid that the boxes would get too heavy. They were handled carefully by the movers and apparently, they knew which boxes should remain standing and which should be placed on their sides. They also helped us to position the bookcases just where we needed them.
John and his team alleviated the stress of our moving day. The movers were friendly and well-organized. They handled our antique furniture with great care, ensuring each item was securely wrapped and loaded. Everything arrived in fantastic condition at our new home.
This company was contracted by Safe Ship Moving so they will also get a review, which is worse than this one. "Review of my experience with [American Knights Moving]: The Good: The pickup process was flawless. A crew of 5 movers arrived right on time, worked quickly, and treated our items carefully. The Bad: The logistics and communication were incredibly poor. After being promised a specific delivery date, our furniture arrived 2.5 weeks late. I had to call customer service daily to track down our belongings. The Damage: The delivery crew only consisted of 2 people, which was not enough for the job. They damaged our couch and damaged a door frame while trying to move a heavy gun safe into a room. I cannot recommend this company due to the extreme delivery delay and the damage caused to our home and furniture."
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. American Knights Moving holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
