I was unhappy with how some of the household furniture was handled. Protective materials were not used consistently, and the crew seemed in a hurry. The service did not meet my expectations.
We had to transport a lot of books and I was afraid that the boxes would get too heavy. They were handled carefully by the movers and apparently, they knew which boxes should remain standing and which should be placed on their sides. They also helped us to position the bookcases just where we needed them.
I had some really neat stuff I had to move far away, and I was pleased with the work ethic these guys showed. They packed my fragile items carefully and made sure nothing got damaged. Fantastic experience!
