We used them to move to another state. They loaded our whole house the next two days, then shipped it off safely and on time. Out of hundreds of boxes not a single item broke or was lost.
We had another company cancel 2 days before our lease period ended. I was frantic, and they were able to accommodate us for Saturday morning. The crew was efficient, courteous and utterly avoided a huge headache for us.
I thought about my delicate artworks, but they took such good care of them. They delivered them safely and on time. Highly recommend them, they will be even better next time!
I was disappointed with the handling of some of the furniture during the move. A few pieces had marks after they were delivered, and I felt they should have been protected more carefully. The crew completed the job, but the attention to detail was not what I expected.
The driver phoned us 30 minutes before we arrived to confirm the time and kept us very well informed without causing any stress or delay on our closing day.

"Review of my experience with [American Knights Moving]: The Good: The pickup process was flawless. A crew of 5 movers arrived right on time, worked quickly, and treated our items carefully. The Bad: The logistics and communication were incredibly poor. After being promised a specific delivery date, our furniture arrived 2.5 weeks late. I had to call customer service daily to track down our belongings. The Damage: The delivery crew only consisted of 2 people, which was not enough for the job. They damaged our couch and damaged a door frame while trying to move a heavy gun safe into a room. I cannot recommend this company due to the extreme delivery delay and the damage caused to our home and furniture."
They began to meticulously move our kitchen, wrapping each and every mug, glass, and ceramic bowl in thick packing paper and then placing them vertically in heavy-duty dish barrel boxes within Truck #403, in an orderly manner. There were no cracks to any of the pieces.
I was disappointed with the care taken during the move. One of my furniture pieces was scratched while being moved, despite being prepared beforehand. The crew did not seem to pay enough attention to it. I expected much more careful handling.
John and his team alleviated the stress of our moving day. The movers were friendly and well-organized. They handled our antique furniture with great care, ensuring each item was securely wrapped and loaded. Everything arrived in fantastic condition at our new home.
Other appointments for that day needed to be coordinated with us. The timing of the crew was good and we didn't have to wait for hours.
