I was disappointed with the care taken during the move. One of my furniture pieces was scratched while being moved, despite being prepared beforehand. The crew did not seem to pay enough attention to it. I expected much more careful handling.
We had to transport a lot of books and I was afraid that the boxes would get too heavy. They were handled carefully by the movers and apparently, they knew which boxes should remain standing and which should be placed on their sides. They also helped us to position the bookcases just where we needed them.

The estimate was very well described, and the actual costs were close to what we expected. The crew was very good; professional, careful and friendly. They didn't treat our belongings like they were on a conveyor belt. Attention was paid to all details.
