With two bedrooms, there was a lot of antique furniture for the movers to carry. John maintained a comfortable environment and did a fantastic job overall.
I hesitated to hire movers for my first move but couldn't have chosen better. The crew came at 10 am, vigilantly packed my belongings, and provided extra materials for my last-minute additions. Because of their expertise and quickness, I didn't have to face my issue. I'm really happy with their service.
Please know how much I value your assistance with our recent relocation. They moved forward efficiently and professionally while remaining kind and encouraging throughout. The guys really came through with this one.
Absolute WORST experience, do not use this company!!! It has been over a MONTH, and I still have not received my belongings. Customer service has been less than helpful, I have contacted them several times with no real solution. I spoke with someone today and my things are still in the state I moved from. They are charging me $1000, and that's just to have my belongings picked up in said state. I will not be receiving my things in my new state of residence. This company is unorganized and incredibly unprofessional. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. USE ANYONE ELSE.
The people at the company were really helpful from the beginning to the end. They answered all my questions and gave me good advice on how to get ready for the move. On the day of the move, the movers were very careful with my home and followed all the rules. They even helped me put together some big pieces of furniture in my new place, which was a huge help.
From pickup to delivery absolutely terrible. Price more than doubled items missing , lied to and I can go on and on. Do yourself a big favor save time money and aggravation. Don’t do it. 1 star is to many
Do not use this moving company at all. They promise to show up in there “own” company moving trucks and instead contract with someone else to come in a move you to a new location. They way under estimate how much space they a lot you and try to tell you there’s plenty of room for a 3bdrm 2bath house in 883cubic feet. They also will not mention that they have insurance to cover any damages that may happen during the move.
American Choice Vanlines made it simple and stress-free. Throughout the relocation process, he frequently checked in with us, addressing our concerns and reducing our anxiety. He is a perfect employee when it comes to providing customer service. Much gratitude
Awful. Lied to from day 1. I was told they don't broker out the move, and it would be them directly making the move- that was a lie. Give them a very accurate breake down of what we were moving and added some just to make sure there weren't surprises for how much it was- ended up being almost 4k more than the estimate. I was told 3 days for it to arrive at the latest 5- they now have no idea when it will arrive because it's not through them. They told me to call if the price changed once it was loaded so they could get it sorted with the driver as far as pricing and get a discount on my behalf, I called them and they very rudely just said it is what it is. They would keep the deposit and there is a charge for offloading. I was told 50% at departure and 50% on arrival. I guess that didn't count the 50% i had already paid to american choice van lines and they wanted 70% once it was packed rather than 50%. Not able to take card unless told they would need a card reader, told them we would need that- they didn't have it available. I have never paid so much to be treated so poorly.
We were relocating from one city to another and had concerns about how our items would fare during the long trip. Fortunately, the movers we hired from this company kept everything secure, checked in with updates, and arrived on time. Even our heavy appliances and electronics arrived in great shape along with everything else. They surpassed our expectations!
