The crew showed up on time, carefully wrapped all of my furniture, and made sure everything was properly secured inside the truck before leaving. Delivery arrived within the estimated window and nothing was damaged during transport.
We relocated from Ventura, California to Missoula, Montana to be closer to family. America First Moving handled the entire process with care and attention to detail. Packing was thorough, and the delivery window was exactly as promised.

America First Moving explained the entire process clearly during the estimate and followed through exactly as promised. We closed on our new home and moved from Greenville, South Carolina to Madison, Wisconsin in late December. America First Moving helped make sure we were settled before the holidays ended. The crew was respectful, efficient, and careful with every box.
This company sold us on a so-called “White Glove Service,” which is exactly why we agreed to pay their much higher price — over $3,600 more than the competition. The service was specifically described to us as including: “Packing, transportation, storage, delivery, UNPACKING, and putting all items where they belong, with the exception of kitchen boxes. You won’t have to do a thing — just sit back and watch.” Delivery day came, and not a single box was unpacked. The salesman promised one thing verbally, then changed the wording in the contract so the company could hide behind technical language and keep our money. First, they claimed unpacking “wasn’t in the contract.” When I asked them to review the recorded sales call, they changed their story again and said “White Glove Service” is just an expression — not an actual service they provide. That is plain and simple fraud. To make matters worse, they offered us a $200 “good faith gesture” only if we signed a document stating that: • We received all services promised verbally and in writing • We would not dispute the charges • We would not pursue any additional complaints It felt less like customer service and more like dealing with a moving mafia. If this review helps even one or two people avoid this company and their deceptive practices, then they can keep the $200.
