Our family’s move from Fort Lauderdale, FL to Richmond, VA was handled wonderfully. With a 3 bedroom house full of heavy furniture, we were worried, but America First Moving handled it like pros.
We moved from Murrieta, California to Meridian, Idaho to be closer to family and needed a company that could handle a full household. America First Moving packed our four-bedroom home carefully, labeling everything by room and priority. The delivery arrived on time and nothing was damaged, even our large sectional and dining table. Overall, it was a very smooth experience.
I moved from my 3-bedroom home in Cape Coral to a new house in Fort Myers, and America First Moving did an excellent job from start to finish. They were punctual, professional, and handled my large furniture, TVs, and fragile decor with extra care. Everything was loaded and unloaded quickly without any damage. The team was friendly and helpful, even offering to arrange furniture exactly how I wanted. Moving felt simple thanks to them!
My experience with America First Moving was better than i expected. I've used Moving companies before, in the past and I've always ended up with a broken item or something missing upon delivery or movers who weren't careful loading from truck into my home. That wasn't the case with America First Moving. First, i received a quote that was lower than over 90% of other companies I've contacted for the same job. Next i was connected with a move coordinator who let me know what to expect step-by-step. Once the formalities were complete, the movers the company sent carefully and quickly packaged and loaded all items into the truck. I was moving to Florida from Vermont and i received real time updates of the drivers progress/ location, which made me feel secure during the traveling process. The driver arrived on time, my items were unloaded by their movers and they even helped me assemble a few tables and furniture. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to move from A-B with no problems or worries.

Our move from Austin, TX to Phoenix, AZ went extremely well thanks to America First Moving. The movers worked efficiently, protected fragile items properly, and maintained clear communication from pickup to delivery. Everything arrived safely and right on schedule.
If i could give zero starts, I would. This company is an absolute scam. Even though we showed him all the items in the video call for couple of hrs. They intentionally gave us a low ball estimate by reducing the cubic ft. On the day of pickup, they would argue about the cubic ft and the person who originally estimated wont pickup your call. When they estimate, they would do sweet talk to get the order. We had to pay additional 30% of the money since we dont have choice at the time of pickup. Whats worse is, they blatantly lied about not out sourcing - my move was handled by multiple different companies, none of which were professional or reliable. All of our Bi-cycles broke, some of the boxes were damaged. Initially they told they will deliver in 2-3 days when they want to get the order but they delivered only after 2 weeks. The guys who delivered made all of our carpet dirty in our apartment. We asked to clean it up but they didnt saying they dont have cleaning stuff and they have to urgently deliver something else. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want stress, hidden fees, broken promises and zero accountability. Total nightmare.
A relative of mine recommended them for my move; I was surprised by his testimonial so I wanted them to help me with my move too. They offer full coverage insurance and it is not expensive at all. I decided to hire this company and to me was the best choice. They are very friendly movers and made sure my furniture arrived in perfect condition. I feel I paid the right price for the right service.
