I moved my two bedroom apartment from Boulder, Colorado to Tampa, Florida for a new job. America First Moving handled packing, loading, and delivery with great care. Everything arrived intact and on schedule, making the process stress free. The crew was professional and courteous throughout the entire move.
America First Moving helped us move from Tampa, FL to Atlanta, GA. It was a 4-bedroom house, and I honestly thought it would take forever to pack, but they worked super quickly and still managed to keep everything organized. They even wrapped our old dining set that’s been in the family for years like it was their own. We were really impressed with the level of care and how professional they were the entire time.
I relocated from a 3-bedroom home in Ocala to a bigger house in Belleview. America First Moving was on time, packed everything properly, and made the entire process smooth. No issues, no delays, and very friendly movers. Easily the most stress-free move I’ve had.
Our move from Austin, TX to Phoenix, AZ went very smoothly thanks to America First Moving. The team worked efficiently while making sure all of our fragile items were properly protected. Communication remained clear throughout the entire move.
If i could give zero starts, I would. This company is an absolute scam. Even though we showed him all the items in the video call for couple of hrs. They intentionally gave us a low ball estimate by reducing the cubic ft. On the day of pickup, they would argue about the cubic ft and the person who originally estimated wont pickup your call. When they estimate, they would do sweet talk to get the order. We had to pay additional 30% of the money since we dont have choice at the time of pickup. Whats worse is, they blatantly lied about not out sourcing - my move was handled by multiple different companies, none of which were professional or reliable. All of our Bi-cycles broke, some of the boxes were damaged. Initially they told they will deliver in 2-3 days when they want to get the order but they delivered only after 2 weeks. The guys who delivered made all of our carpet dirty in our apartment. We asked to clean it up but they didnt saying they dont have cleaning stuff and they have to urgently deliver something else. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want stress, hidden fees, broken promises and zero accountability. Total nightmare.
They were very nice and responsive until they cheat you. The moving teams showed up 4 hours before scheduled I was unprepared because I had a lot to take care of before the move. They demanded a $220 tip for junking a bed frame right outside the apartment. They didn't give me a chance to do a walk through after the move because when they called me to say they already left while I was at the dog park. I had to end up paying a smaller moving company to get all the stuff they left behind in my apartment the next day. When you call the back to complain they ghost you. Don't trust them with all that 25 years in the business crap they will tell you.
I moved from Redmond, WA to Pleasanton, CA for a new leadership role. America First Moving handled every aspect professionally, including specialized packing for office equipment. Their high standards were evident throughout the move.
Complete scam. They sent a third party to move my stuff, who demanded an extra $2500 to do the job, which I had to pay. I felt like I was being blackmailed. I had to agree to the extra payment because I needed to move my stuff ASAP, and they took advantage of it. Never had such a bad experience with a mover.
Moving from San Francisco, California to Miami, Florida was a big deal for me. I’ve heard horror stories about moving companies, but America First Moving made it simple. The driver stayed in touch during transit, and the delivery team was careful and polite. Nothing was missing or damaged, and they even placed the boxes in the right rooms.
