When I got a job transfer from Tallahassee to Lexington, KY, I booked America First Moving based on their good reviews. They lived up to the hype. Great communication, solid work ethic, and no nonsense. They even moved my piano without a hitch.
Complete scam. They sent a third party to move my stuff, who demanded an extra $2500 to do the job, which I had to pay. I felt like I was being blackmailed. I had to agree to the extra payment because I needed to move my stuff ASAP, and they took advantage of it. Never had such a bad experience with a mover.

The 2-bedroom apartment was packed up quickly, and they made sure to handle my electronics with extra padding. Delivery was right on time, and the movers even helped place my furniture where I wanted it.
After a few years in Denver, we decided to move back to Charlotte, NC to be closer to our parents. With two kids and a house full of heavy furniture, we were nervous about the process, but America First Moving made it smooth. They packed the kids’ rooms with special care and even helped us reassemble the bunk beds on arrival.
Tengis and Brandon worked hard to keep my things safe and secure. They wrapped my belongings and made sure I understood all of the paperwork. I would work with them again.
