Tengis and Brandon were terrific!! Smooth delivery and everything delivered with care. Great communication, they called the day before delivery to let me know of approximate arrival time, then again the morning of and one hour prior to arrival. Highly recommended!!
I recently moved from Tampa, Florida to Charlotte, North Carolina, and America First Moving made the entire process a breeze. They coordinated everything ahead of time, showed up with a full crew, and handled my 3-bedroom home like true pros. Nothing was damaged and they delivered right on schedule. I’d absolutely recommend them for any long-distance move.
They were very nice and responsive until they cheat you. The moving teams showed up 4 hours before scheduled I was unprepared because I had a lot to take care of before the move. They demanded a $220 tip for junking a bed frame right outside the apartment. They didn't give me a chance to do a walk through after the move because when they called me to say they already left while I was at the dog park. I had to end up paying a smaller moving company to get all the stuff they left behind in my apartment the next day. When you call the back to complain they ghost you. Don't trust them with all that 25 years in the business crap they will tell you.
Just days before Christmas, we moved from Tempe, Arizona to Boise, Idaho after buying our first house. America First Moving stayed calm and organized even with last-minute changes. Everything arrived exactly as packed.

They were upfront about pricing, showed up early, and delivered exactly on schedule. Our furniture and electronics made it without a single scratch.
My short move from Orlando, FL to Jacksonville, FL was handled flawlessly by America First Moving. Even though it was just a 3-bedroom townhouse, the movers treated it like a big job, carefully wrapping my furniture and organizing the boxes. The whole move was finished in a single day without any stress.
Complete scam. They sent a third party to move my stuff, who demanded an extra $2500 to do the job, which I had to pay. I felt like I was being blackmailed. I had to agree to the extra payment because I needed to move my stuff ASAP, and they took advantage of it. Never had such a bad experience with a mover.

This company sold us on a so-called “White Glove Service,” which is exactly why we agreed to pay their much higher price — over $3,600 more than the competition. The service was specifically described to us as including: “Packing, transportation, storage, delivery, UNPACKING, and putting all items where they belong, with the exception of kitchen boxes. You won’t have to do a thing — just sit back and watch.” Delivery day came, and not a single box was unpacked. The salesman promised one thing verbally, then changed the wording in the contract so the company could hide behind technical language and keep our money. First, they claimed unpacking “wasn’t in the contract.” When I asked them to review the recorded sales call, they changed their story again and said “White Glove Service” is just an expression — not an actual service they provide. That is plain and simple fraud. To make matters worse, they offered us a $200 “good faith gesture” only if we signed a document stating that: • We received all services promised verbally and in writing • We would not dispute the charges • We would not pursue any additional complaints It felt less like customer service and more like dealing with a moving mafia. If this review helps even one or two people avoid this company and their deceptive practices, then they can keep the $200.
