I relocated from Sacramento, CA to Salt Lake City, UT and appreciated how professional the entire crew was. They handled fragile items carefully and stayed communicative throughout the trip.
They were very nice and responsive until they cheat you. The moving teams showed up 4 hours before scheduled I was unprepared because I had a lot to take care of before the move. They demanded a $220 tip for junking a bed frame right outside the apartment. They didn't give me a chance to do a walk through after the move because when they called me to say they already left while I was at the dog park. I had to end up paying a smaller moving company to get all the stuff they left behind in my apartment the next day. When you call the back to complain they ghost you. Don't trust them with all that 25 years in the business crap they will tell you.

The movers were on time, packed everything securely, and handled my fragile decor and electronics with extra care. They were professional, quick, and super friendly throughout the entire process. Everything arrived without a scratch, and they even helped arrange the heavier furniture exactly where I wanted it. I’ll definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs reliable movers!
Moving a 2-bedroom condo from Gainesville to Raleigh, NC was stressful until America First Moving stepped in. They packed everything fast but carefully, kept me updated during the drive, and even helped with furniture placement at the new place.
Only after money, will increase bid by more than $1,000.00. Shows up late by several hours or puts off till next day. Movers smelled like weed. Boxes crushed. Mentioned tip 9 times while unloading. Worst broker in business. They have snotty customer service, who doesn't care. I'm sure they get yelled at a lot, with the service they provide. Buyer be ware.
My parents finally made their dream move from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Tampa, Florida. I helped them find America First Moving after reading great reviews, and I’m so glad I did. The movers were patient, understanding, and treated my parents’ furniture like their own. They even helped my dad reconnect his TV setup before leaving. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free for them.
We relocated from Chandler, AZ to Fort Worth, TX and were impressed by America 1st Moving’s level of professionalism. The crew worked efficiently while maintaining excellent care with furniture and appliances. The entire move felt well coordinated and stress free.
If i could give zero starts, I would. This company is an absolute scam. Even though we showed him all the items in the video call for couple of hrs. They intentionally gave us a low ball estimate by reducing the cubic ft. On the day of pickup, they would argue about the cubic ft and the person who originally estimated wont pickup your call. When they estimate, they would do sweet talk to get the order. We had to pay additional 30% of the money since we dont have choice at the time of pickup. Whats worse is, they blatantly lied about not out sourcing - my move was handled by multiple different companies, none of which were professional or reliable. All of our Bi-cycles broke, some of the boxes were damaged. Initially they told they will deliver in 2-3 days when they want to get the order but they delivered only after 2 weeks. The guys who delivered made all of our carpet dirty in our apartment. We asked to clean it up but they didnt saying they dont have cleaning stuff and they have to urgently deliver something else. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want stress, hidden fees, broken promises and zero accountability. Total nightmare.
They worked diligently to provide us with the utmost of services, we have no complains whatsoever, best movers in the area for sure.
