We relocated from Pittsburgh, PA to Orlando, FL and were very satisfied with the service. The movers stayed professional throughout the move and made sure all of our belongings arrived safely.
I moved from Fresno, CA to Denver, CO and was impressed with how organized the entire move was. The movers handled my belongings carefully, especially my glass table and bedroom furniture, and everything arrived right on schedule.
I moved from a 2-bedroom condo in Lake Mary to a townhouse in Sanford, and America First Moving really exceeded my expectations. The movers were on time, packed everything securely, and handled my fragile decor and electronics with extra care. They were professional, quick, and super friendly throughout the entire process. Everything arrived without a scratch, and they even helped arrange the heavier furniture exactly where I wanted it. I’ll definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs reliable movers!
I had to move in-state from Fort Myers, FL to Sarasota, FL. America First Moving treated my 1 bedroom apartment with care and professionalism. They arrived on time and made the process quick and stress free.
Only after money, will increase bid by more than $1,000.00. Shows up late by several hours or puts off till next day. Movers smelled like weed. Boxes crushed. Mentioned tip 9 times while unloading. Worst broker in business. They have snotty customer service, who doesn't care. I'm sure they get yelled at a lot, with the service they provide. Buyer be ware.
This company sold us on a so-called “White Glove Service,” which is exactly why we agreed to pay their much higher price — over $3,600 more than the competition. The service was specifically described to us as including: “Packing, transportation, storage, delivery, UNPACKING, and putting all items where they belong, with the exception of kitchen boxes. You won’t have to do a thing — just sit back and watch.” Delivery day came, and not a single box was unpacked. The salesman promised one thing verbally, then changed the wording in the contract so the company could hide behind technical language and keep our money. First, they claimed unpacking “wasn’t in the contract.” When I asked them to review the recorded sales call, they changed their story again and said “White Glove Service” is just an expression — not an actual service they provide. That is plain and simple fraud. To make matters worse, they offered us a $200 “good faith gesture” only if we signed a document stating that: • We received all services promised verbally and in writing • We would not dispute the charges • We would not pursue any additional complaints It felt less like customer service and more like dealing with a moving mafia. If this review helps even one or two people avoid this company and their deceptive practices, then they can keep the $200.

America First Moving stayed on track, packed everything carefully, and delivered on time. Their professionalism and clear communication made this three bedroom move much easier than we imagined.
Thanks to America First Moving, I got their best services twice. All the staff, even the movers, were impeccable. They were not only the first to respond when I asked for quotes from 5 other movers, but they also had the best pricing by far. The movers were extremely careful with my furniture and used their time excellently. We heartily suggest them for an easy move!
My wife and I moved from Fort Myers, FL to Dallas, TX for a job transfer. Safe Travels Moving and Storage showed up early, packed efficiently, and kept everything organized. The delivery team even helped reassemble our furniture.
Complete scam. They sent a third party to move my stuff, who demanded an extra $2500 to do the job, which I had to pay. I felt like I was being blackmailed. I had to agree to the extra payment because I needed to move my stuff ASAP, and they took advantage of it. Never had such a bad experience with a mover.
