I moved from a 4-bedroom house in Wesley Chapel to a new home in Land O’ Lakes, and America First Moving made the whole process incredibly easy. The team showed up on time, handled all my furniture, appliances, and fragile items with so much care, and worked quickly without cutting corners. They kept everything organized and even helped reassemble my beds and dining table. Everything arrived safely, and they made what I thought would be a stressful day very smooth and pleasant. I recently moved from Houston to Seattle, WA using America First Moving, and overall it was a very good experience. The entire process was well organized and handled professionally from start to finish. The movers took great care of my belongings, especially my fragile glass table and bedroom furniture, making sure everything was well protected during the move. Everything arrived safely without any damage, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that the delivery was about an hour late, but the team communicated and still worked efficiently. Overall, I’d give America First Moving 4 stars for reliable and careful service.
A relative of mine recommended them for my move; I was surprised by his testimonial so I wanted them to help me with my move too. They offer full coverage insurance and it is not expensive at all. I decided to hire this company and to me was the best choice. They are very friendly movers and made sure my furniture arrived in perfect condition. I feel I paid the right price for the right service.
If i could give zero starts, I would. This company is an absolute scam. Even though we showed him all the items in the video call for couple of hrs. They intentionally gave us a low ball estimate by reducing the cubic ft. On the day of pickup, they would argue about the cubic ft and the person who originally estimated wont pickup your call. When they estimate, they would do sweet talk to get the order. We had to pay additional 30% of the money since we dont have choice at the time of pickup. Whats worse is, they blatantly lied about not out sourcing - my move was handled by multiple different companies, none of which were professional or reliable. All of our Bi-cycles broke, some of the boxes were damaged. Initially they told they will deliver in 2-3 days when they want to get the order but they delivered only after 2 weeks. The guys who delivered made all of our carpet dirty in our apartment. We asked to clean it up but they didnt saying they dont have cleaning stuff and they have to urgently deliver something else. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want stress, hidden fees, broken promises and zero accountability. Total nightmare.
