America First Moving packed our home efficiently, communicated throughout the journey, and delivered all our items safely. The crew’s professionalism and organization made the process smooth and worry free.
My employer relocated me from Reston, Virginia to Plano, Texas. America First Moving stayed on schedule and kept communication clear throughout the process. The movers were professional, courteous, and careful with office equipment and furniture. Nothing arrived scratched or missing, which helped me focus on settling into work.

This company sold us on a so-called “White Glove Service,” which is exactly why we agreed to pay their much higher price — over $3,600 more than the competition. The service was specifically described to us as including: “Packing, transportation, storage, delivery, UNPACKING, and putting all items where they belong, with the exception of kitchen boxes. You won’t have to do a thing — just sit back and watch.” Delivery day came, and not a single box was unpacked. The salesman promised one thing verbally, then changed the wording in the contract so the company could hide behind technical language and keep our money. First, they claimed unpacking “wasn’t in the contract.” When I asked them to review the recorded sales call, they changed their story again and said “White Glove Service” is just an expression — not an actual service they provide. That is plain and simple fraud. To make matters worse, they offered us a $200 “good faith gesture” only if we signed a document stating that: • We received all services promised verbally and in writing • We would not dispute the charges • We would not pursue any additional complaints It felt less like customer service and more like dealing with a moving mafia. If this review helps even one or two people avoid this company and their deceptive practices, then they can keep the $200.

After 10 years in Jacksonville, we finally made the move to San Diego, CA. Safe Travels Moving and Storage was incredible — they wrapped every piece carefully and gave constant updates during the drive. It’s rare to find a company this reliable for such a long haul.
Let me start off by saying we absolutely couldn't ask for a better less stressful service me and my wife didn't know how we were going to make this happen America first moving were very professional and understanding I assure you we had a million questions lol thanks guys we highly recommend them

The movers were extremely careful with my furniture and used their time excellently. We heartily suggest them for an easy move!
