We relocated from Tampa, FL to Portland, OR, and I can’t thank Safe Travels Moving and Storage enough. Every box arrived safely, even my grandmother’s old piano. The 4 bedroom move was done professionally and on time.
My move from Spokane, WA to Phoenix, AZ could not have gone better. America First Moving handled every step professionally, from the initial pickup to the final delivery. The movers were punctual, respectful, and extremely careful with all of my belongings.
I moved from Tallahassee to Charleston, SC from a 2-bedroom townhouse. America First Moving was outstanding! They carefully handled my bookshelves, plants, and tech gear. The team was on time, respectful, and worked hard until everything was done right.
We moved from Redmond, Washington to Bend, Oregon to simplify our lifestyle. America First Moving handled our three-bedroom home with great care and professionalism. Everything arrived well organized, and the crew made sure nothing was overlooked.
If i could give zero starts, I would. This company is an absolute scam. Even though we showed him all the items in the video call for couple of hrs. They intentionally gave us a low ball estimate by reducing the cubic ft. On the day of pickup, they would argue about the cubic ft and the person who originally estimated wont pickup your call. When they estimate, they would do sweet talk to get the order. We had to pay additional 30% of the money since we dont have choice at the time of pickup. Whats worse is, they blatantly lied about not out sourcing - my move was handled by multiple different companies, none of which were professional or reliable. All of our Bi-cycles broke, some of the boxes were damaged. Initially they told they will deliver in 2-3 days when they want to get the order but they delivered only after 2 weeks. The guys who delivered made all of our carpet dirty in our apartment. We asked to clean it up but they didnt saying they dont have cleaning stuff and they have to urgently deliver something else. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want stress, hidden fees, broken promises and zero accountability. Total nightmare.

Moving from San Francisco, California to Miami, Florida was a big deal for me. I’ve heard horror stories about moving companies, but America First Moving made it simple. The driver stayed in touch during transit, and the delivery team was careful and polite. Nothing was missing or damaged, and they even placed the boxes in the right rooms.
They were very nice and responsive until they cheat you. The moving teams showed up 4 hours before scheduled I was unprepared because I had a lot to take care of before the move. They demanded a $220 tip for junking a bed frame right outside the apartment. They didn't give me a chance to do a walk through after the move because when they called me to say they already left while I was at the dog park. I had to end up paying a smaller moving company to get all the stuff they left behind in my apartment the next day. When you call the back to complain they ghost you. Don't trust them with all that 25 years in the business crap they will tell you.
