Our relocation from Indianapolis, IN to Jacksonville, FL went very well. The movers were friendly, organized, and worked quickly while still protecting fragile items.
Complete scam. They sent a third party to move my stuff, who demanded an extra $2500 to do the job, which I had to pay. I felt like I was being blackmailed. I had to agree to the extra payment because I needed to move my stuff ASAP, and they took advantage of it. Never had such a bad experience with a mover.
My move from Orlando, FL to Nashville, TN was handled with real attention to detail. Furniture was wrapped well and the team stayed professional the entire time.
Only after money, will increase bid by more than $1,000.00. Shows up late by several hours or puts off till next day. Movers smelled like weed. Boxes crushed. Mentioned tip 9 times while unloading. Worst broker in business. They have snotty customer service, who doesn't care. I'm sure they get yelled at a lot, with the service they provide. Buyer be ware.
Our family finally made the move from Brooklyn, New York to Charlotte, North Carolina, and we couldn’t be happier. America First Moving was efficient, friendly, and very well-organized. They loaded everything carefully and stayed in touch until delivery. Moving with kids is tough, but they made it surprisingly easy.
After a few years in Denver, we decided to move back to Charlotte, NC to be closer to our parents. With two kids and a house full of heavy furniture, we were nervous about the process, but America First Moving made it smooth. They packed the kids’ rooms with special care and even helped us reassemble the bunk beds on arrival.
Let me start off by saying we absolutely couldn't ask for a better less stressful service me and my wife didn't know how we were going to make this happen America first moving were very professional and understanding I assure you we had a million questions lol thanks guys we highly recommend them

The team showed up on time, handled all my furniture, appliances, and fragile items with so much care, and worked quickly without cutting corners. They kept everything organized and even helped reassemble my beds and dining table. Everything arrived safely, and they made what I thought would be a stressful day very smooth and pleasant. Everything arrived right on time, and the movers even carried her heavy bookshelf up two flights of stairs with a smile.
America First Moving was fantastic during my cross-country move from West Palm Beach, FL to San Diego, CA. It was a 5-bedroom family home with lots of valuables, but the crew was extremely careful and double-checked everything before loading. The long drive didn’t cause a single delay, and nothing was missing or damaged.
