I moved my 4 bedroom house from Tampa, FL to Richmond, VA and couldn’t be happier with America First Moving. They wrapped fragile pieces, loaded everything quickly, and arrived exactly when they said they would.
After years in Houston, Texas, I decided to move to Portland, Oregon for a new chapter in life. America First Moving handled my entire two-bedroom apartment with ease. The movers were friendly, worked quickly, and ensured my things were packed securely. Everything arrived on time, just as promised.
I moved from Portland, OR to Phoenix, AZ and was impressed with how smooth everything felt. The crew secured all fragile items properly and delivered on schedule without any issues.
Only after money, will increase bid by more than $1,000.00. Shows up late by several hours or puts off till next day. Movers smelled like weed. Boxes crushed. Mentioned tip 9 times while unloading. Worst broker in business. They have snotty customer service, who doesn't care. I'm sure they get yelled at a lot, with the service they provide. Buyer be ware.

The movers were professional, courteous, and careful with office equipment and furniture. Nothing arrived scratched or missing, which helped me focus on settling into work.
They were very nice and responsive until they cheat you. The moving teams showed up 4 hours before scheduled I was unprepared because I had a lot to take care of before the move. They demanded a $220 tip for junking a bed frame right outside the apartment. They didn't give me a chance to do a walk through after the move because when they called me to say they already left while I was at the dog park. I had to end up paying a smaller moving company to get all the stuff they left behind in my apartment the next day. When you call the back to complain they ghost you. Don't trust them with all that 25 years in the business crap they will tell you.
We sold our home in Reno, NV and moved to Spokane, WA for a quieter pace of life. America First Moving did all the packing, and their team worked like a well-oiled machine. They protected our hardwood furniture with multiple layers and kept us informed while on the road. Everything arrived safely, including our big sectional couch.

My experience with America First Moving was better than i expected. I've used Moving companies before, in the past and I've always ended up with a broken item or something missing upon delivery or movers who weren't careful loading from truck into my home. That wasn't the case with America First Moving. First, i received a quote that was lower than over 90% of other companies I've contacted for the same job. Next i was connected with a move coordinator who let me know what to expect step-by-step. Once the formalities were complete, the movers the company sent carefully and quickly packaged and loaded all items into the truck. I was moving to Florida from Vermont and i received real time updates of the drivers progress/ location, which made me feel secure during the traveling process. The driver arrived on time, my items were unloaded by their movers and they even helped me assemble a few tables and furniture. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to move from A-B with no problems or worries.
