It was a cross-country relocation with my 5-bedroom house, so I expected issues, but they handled it perfectly. The movers carefully wrapped my large dining table and antique furniture, and when everything arrived, it looked just as it left. They even checked in with me along the way. Their team clearly takes pride in their work.
Only after money, will increase bid by more than $1,000.00. Shows up late by several hours or puts off till next day. Movers smelled like weed. Boxes crushed. Mentioned tip 9 times while unloading. Worst broker in business. They have snotty customer service, who doesn't care. I'm sure they get yelled at a lot, with the service they provide. Buyer be ware.
