My fiancé and I moved from our apartment in Fort Lauderdale to our first house in Naples, Florida. America First Moving handled everything — from packing dishes to moving our sectional couch upstairs. They were on time and professional all day long.
Moving from Boca Raton, FL to Tulsa, OK was stress-free thanks to America First Moving. They worked quickly, stayed professional, and kept all of my things safe during the long drive.
I moved from Orlando, FL to Dallas, TX after getting a new job, and America First Moving made the transition way less stressful. I was worried about my daughter’s bedroom set and a bunch of fragile family photos, but everything arrived in perfect shape. The movers were patient and kind, even when my kids were running around on moving day.
This company sold us on a so-called “White Glove Service,” which is exactly why we agreed to pay their much higher price — over $3,600 more than the competition. The service was specifically described to us as including: “Packing, transportation, storage, delivery, UNPACKING, and putting all items where they belong, with the exception of kitchen boxes. You won’t have to do a thing — just sit back and watch.” Delivery day came, and not a single box was unpacked. The salesman promised one thing verbally, then changed the wording in the contract so the company could hide behind technical language and keep our money. First, they claimed unpacking “wasn’t in the contract.” When I asked them to review the recorded sales call, they changed their story again and said “White Glove Service” is just an expression — not an actual service they provide. That is plain and simple fraud. To make matters worse, they offered us a $200 “good faith gesture” only if we signed a document stating that: • We received all services promised verbally and in writing • We would not dispute the charges • We would not pursue any additional complaints It felt less like customer service and more like dealing with a moving mafia. If this review helps even one or two people avoid this company and their deceptive practices, then they can keep the $200.
Only after money, will increase bid by more than $1,000.00. Shows up late by several hours or puts off till next day. Movers smelled like weed. Boxes crushed. Mentioned tip 9 times while unloading. Worst broker in business. They have snotty customer service, who doesn't care. I'm sure they get yelled at a lot, with the service they provide. Buyer be ware.

The crew was respectful, efficient, and genuinely focused on quality rather than speed. It made a stressful time feel much more manageable.
I recently moved from Houston to Seattle, WA using America First Moving, and overall it was a very good experience. The entire process was well organized and handled professionally from start to finish. The movers took great care of my belongings, especially my fragile glass table and bedroom furniture, making sure everything was well protected during the move. Everything arrived safely without any damage, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that the delivery was about an hour late, but the team communicated and still worked efficiently. Overall, I’d give America First Moving 4 stars for reliable and careful service.
