We only had a 2-bedroom apartment in Fort Lauderdale, FL, but moving to Jacksonville with a toddler and a newborn felt overwhelming. America First Moving made it smooth and quick. They even brought extra boxes for last-minute baby items. I couldn’t be more grateful for their patience.
Our family needed to relocate from Tampa, Florida to Charlotte, North Carolina after accepting a new job opportunity. With three bedrooms and years of accumulated belongings, we were overwhelmed. America First Moving showed up prepared, patient, and respectful of our space. They handled furniture, kids’ items, and fragile pieces with equal care. Tengis and Brandon were terrific!! Smooth delivery and everything delivered with care. Great communication, they called the day before delivery to let me know of approximate arrival time, then again the morning of and one hour prior to arrival. Highly recommended!!
If i could give zero starts, I would. This company is an absolute scam. Even though we showed him all the items in the video call for couple of hrs. They intentionally gave us a low ball estimate by reducing the cubic ft. On the day of pickup, they would argue about the cubic ft and the person who originally estimated wont pickup your call. When they estimate, they would do sweet talk to get the order. We had to pay additional 30% of the money since we dont have choice at the time of pickup. Whats worse is, they blatantly lied about not out sourcing - my move was handled by multiple different companies, none of which were professional or reliable. All of our Bi-cycles broke, some of the boxes were damaged. Initially they told they will deliver in 2-3 days when they want to get the order but they delivered only after 2 weeks. The guys who delivered made all of our carpet dirty in our apartment. We asked to clean it up but they didnt saying they dont have cleaning stuff and they have to urgently deliver something else. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want stress, hidden fees, broken promises and zero accountability. Total nightmare.
