My company transferred me from Wilmington, North Carolina to Bloomington, Minnesota, and the schedule was tight. America First Moving stayed on track and kept communication clear the whole time. The crew was professional, and everything arrived in excellent condition.
We moved from Albany, New York to Austin, Texas to be closer to family. With a toddler and a newborn, it could’ve been chaotic, but the crew handled our home with incredible care. They labeled everything clearly, which made unpacking so much easier.
Tengis and Brandon were terrific!! Smooth delivery and everything delivered with care. Great communication, they called the day before delivery to let me know of approximate arrival time, then again the morning of and one hour prior to arrival. Highly recommended!!

After 25 years in Fort Myers, FL, I decided to retire closer to my daughter in Savannah, GA. America First Moving helped me move out of my 2 bedroom home with such care and kindness. They weren’t just movers, they felt like friends who understood this was more than just a move for me.
We moved from Albany, New York to Nashville, Tennessee right before Christmas after my wife accepted a new role. America First Moving kept communication clear and made sure our furniture and seasonal items were packed securely.
This company sold us on a so-called “White Glove Service,” which is exactly why we agreed to pay their much higher price — over $3,600 more than the competition. The service was specifically described to us as including: “Packing, transportation, storage, delivery, UNPACKING, and putting all items where they belong, with the exception of kitchen boxes. You won’t have to do a thing — just sit back and watch.” Delivery day came, and not a single box was unpacked. The salesman promised one thing verbally, then changed the wording in the contract so the company could hide behind technical language and keep our money. First, they claimed unpacking “wasn’t in the contract.” When I asked them to review the recorded sales call, they changed their story again and said “White Glove Service” is just an expression — not an actual service they provide. That is plain and simple fraud. To make matters worse, they offered us a $200 “good faith gesture” only if we signed a document stating that: • We received all services promised verbally and in writing • We would not dispute the charges • We would not pursue any additional complaints It felt less like customer service and more like dealing with a moving mafia. If this review helps even one or two people avoid this company and their deceptive practices, then they can keep the $200.
