Without stopping, they rammed it through, destroying my hardwood floor and removing the paint from the walls in the process. When I pointed out the damage, they remarked, "That's what happens when you have narrow hallways," while rolling their eyes. The company wouldn't pay for the repairs, so I ended up spending hundreds of dollars on them

They took photos before disassembling anything, so reassembly was a breeze at the new house. I also noticed they wore gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints on polished surfaces.
