Excellent bargain

I was relocating from a 3-bedroom apartment to a house across town, and the crew from Alma Moving made the whole thing feel seamless. They showed up exactly on time, packed up my things with extra care, and handled the narrow stairwell like pros. Zero damage, and I appreciated how clear the communication was throughout. I’d hire them again!

Worst move ever.

I was supposed to be moved into my new home on April 22. Alma asked to be paid in full ahead of this date for an immediate delivery. Here it is on July 13 and I still don't have my stuff; they don't return any calls, and there's no sign of my stuff being moved anywhere in the country. They refuse to disclose the plan for me getting my stuff, if ever, nor do they provide any updates on timing or expectations. I cannot recommend against Alma more.

It all seemed so simple to me! They collaborated very well which was clear in their work. Everything in the truck was arranged well and all fragile boxes were protected. I was left amazed by how delicate they handled my antiques.
