Moving company in Fort Lauderdale, FL
From booking to delivery, everything went perfectly. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. My belongings arrived safely, and the team worked carefully throughout the process. Moving can be stressful, but they made it incredibly easy. Five-star service that I would happily recommend!
My possessions were arrived in excellent condition after being painstakingly packed. If I ever relocate, I'll use them once more!
Outstanding moving service! The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my furniture with care. Everything went smoothly. I would definitely use them again!
Taking everything into account, we're happy. Our movers were very helpful and did a great job. We know who to call if we ever need to hire movers again.
Applied for account more than 3 weeks no-reply, no response but in alma dashboard its say 48 hours, already email 3 or 4 times, still no response. Unsatisfied customer SERVICE Is this company still running ??
The firm was excellent all the way through, from the initial inquiry about services and pricing to the day of the relocation. The presenter was kind, comprehensive, and pleasant as he described the services and costs.
The movers were punctual, courteous, and diligent the whole time. Great appreciation to the wonderful people. Did I have any special requirements? They wanted to know if I was happy with everything. They double-checked the invoice with me to confirm completion before they departed. Amazing job.
The team did an excellent job moving all my furniture. They were on time, friendly, and very careful with everything. The entire experience was smooth, and I couldn't be happier with their service.
Called Hercules Moving Co but didn't realize they were only a broker. Gave them our info telling him we close on our home on Friday the 20th and he said he would call me three days before our move to finalize things. He never called. Movers came (Alma Movers) Saturday the 14th as scheduled and did really well. Worked hard and covered everything very well. While doing the paperwork after they were done they said it will be there in two weeks. I had told Hercules we needed it by Friday the 19th and he didn't say anything different. After a discussion with the movers he made a call and said if we paid 70%down instead of the 50% it would expedite it and we would get it in a week. I paid the 70%. We walked outside Sunday morning and there was a truck outside our house saying they were there to move us! The kid had driven his own vehicle 1000 miles to take this load! This all made us very nervous so Monday morning I called Alma and asked what was going on! The guy said he would check it out and call me back. Never got a call. I called again on Wednesday and the gal said we weren't expedited! I told her my conversation with the movers and she said she would check it out and call me back shortly. Never got a call back. Decided to send an email. She did respond to that saying she was working on it. We close tomorrow and have no furniture nor do we even know where it is or when we will get it. I would never recommend Hercules or Alma to anyone moving long distances. No communication between them and their customers. Very stressful during an already stressful situation.
I had a great time! The team leader discussed all the points, which helped reduce stress or tension. They did all the work perfectly, and the moving process was very easy and without any problems.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Alma Moving holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
