Moving company in Fort Lauderdale, FL
Handling delicate artwork was my main concern, but they did an amazing job. Every piece was protected, loaded carefully, and arrived without a scratch. I appreciated the patience and skill they showed during the entire moving process.
We moved our office conference room furniture and electronics. The movers unplugged everything carefully, packed cables in separate boxes, and reassembled the table at the new building. It made getting back to work simple.
I had a great experience with this moving company. Their pricing was reasonable, the communication was excellent, and the staff was very professional. They handled the packing, loading, and unloading carefully and efficiently. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and the whole process went smoothly. It is refreshing to find a company that truly values its customers and delivers quality service. I would happily use them again for any future move.
The crew worked late into the evening to finish my move. I thought they would rush, but they stayed steady and careful right until the last box was placed in my new living room.
Absolutely fantastic moving experience! Professional, punctual, careful with belongings, friendly team, efficient service, stress-free process, and highly recommended movers overall.
The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They handled all my belongings carefully and completed everything on time. The entire move was smooth and stress-free. I’m very happy with their service and highly recommend them!
We hired Alma Moving to move our belongings from Charlotte, NC to Norfolk, VA (only a 5-hour distance). Before signing, their representative promised delivery within 1–3 days. Based on this, we signed. • After pickup on August 15, nothing arrived within 3 days. • Then they told us 7 days. Still nothing. • Later, they claimed our belongings were “on the way,” but weeks passed. Today it has been 25 days, and we still don’t know where our belongings are. They never respond to emails, only through BBB. We even asked to pick up our items ourselves, but they ignored us. At pickup, their staff wrapped our couch in a dirty blanket, even though we provided clean plastic covers. This makes us worry that our items are being stored in poor, unhygienic conditions. We have been forced to live in an empty house, buy new essentials, and suffer both financial and emotional stress. If our belongings arrive damaged, we will take legal action. We strongly warn others: do not trust Alma Moving. They are misleading, unprofessional, and provide false information just to make you sign.
The team did an excellent job moving all my furniture. They were on time, friendly, and very careful with everything. The entire experience was smooth, and I couldn't be happier with their service.
The movers took many breaks throughout the task, including a 45-minute lunch break while the clock ran. It seemed like a rip-off when I had to pay for their longer break time. They need to manage their time more fairly and effectively.
My long-distance move with Alma Moving y went perfectly. They kept me updated every step of the way, and my belongings arrived on time in perfect shape. I really appreciated their reliability and clear communication.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Alma Moving holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
