During the phone call, someone was telling the phone operator exactly what to say. Incredibly pushy and I finally was able to get off the phone. Over the next two days, I received 18 phone calls from them, many of which were back to back. I do not recommend at all.
We used these movers when I switched apartments. They loaded all my boxes in one trip and helped take apart my bed frame. They just got it done without wasting time or talking too much.

The process was simple, and I didn’t have to manage anything. If you need storage and delivery, this service works well.

Found an empty energy drink can in a box labeled Linens. It smelled sour, and now my fresh sheets have a weird odor. I definitely won’t be calling them again.
Horrible. Worst experience I've ever had. I hired them to move my mother-in-law from Maine to Georgia and it was terrible from beginning to end. They promised one thing on the phone - their truck that was headed to Georgia on our dates with an Alliance quote after an online walk through - and then handed the move off to a 1 star company out of NJ right before the move. That company treated my elderly mother-in-law terribly and had horrible customer service. And of course, they also jacked the original Alliance quote up $3000 after they packed up the truck! And we are still waiting for that company to deliver her items! Do not hire Alliance Van Lines!!! You will get screwed!
